  1. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  2. Do not burn near drafts, fans, air vents or open windows.

  3. Stop burning when 10mm of wax remains at the bottom of the glass to prevent overheating.

  4. Do not move a burning candle.

  5. Never allow the flame to touch the side of the glass.

  6. Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

  7. Keep candle free of debris, wick trimmings, and foreign objects.

  8. Keep candle away from small children and pets.

  9. Do not place inside a shelf or a place where materials overhang the lit candle.

  10. Leave the lid off when in use.

  1. Trim the wick before every burn to around 4mm.

  2. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface before extinguishing. This means the wax has melted right to the edges. It helps your candle burn evenly and last longer and prevents tunnelling.

  3. Extinguish carefully using a snuffer if possible, or gently blow out the flame without splattering wax.

  4. Clean the glass rim with a dry or slightly damp cloth if soot appears.

  5. Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

  6. Recycle or return your glass once your candle is finished! Wash with warm, soapy water.

  7. Consider getting a candle care kit if you are a frequent candle user! This often includes a wick trimmer and a candle snuffer.
